Our Pricing Explained

Our nightly rates vary based on a few factors to ensure fair pricing throughout the year. All prices include VAT and a small customer discount.

  • Low Season Rates: (Applicable for stays between September 1st and December 14th, and January 5th to June 19th)
    • Weekdays (Sunday night to Thursday night): per night.
    • Weekends (Friday night and Saturday night): per night.
  • High Season Rates: (Applicable for stays between June 20th and August 31st, and December 15th to January 4th)
    • High Season Weekdays: per night.
    • High Season Weekends: per night.
  • Events and Concerts Surcharge:
    • During major events or concerts, a 15% surcharge is applied to the nightly rate (after all other adjustments and rounding).
  • Cleaning Fee: A flat cleaning fee is added to the total stay price.
